Founder | PX Strategist

An advocate for the future of learning and positive social impact, Sarah is dedicated to the advancement of working environments. She delivers sustainable results by humanising and innovating organisations from mindset through to practice.

 

Sarah’s career portfolio spans multiple industries including retail, health & beauty, mining & construction, professional Services and NFP’s. She holds extensive leadership experience in both executive and board positions to complement her commercial acumen. A post-graduate qualification from the QUT EMBA program underpins her practical experience.

 

Employing a range of systems and design thinking tools to challenge the status quo, she is an expert in garnering buy-in and consensus across teams and organisations. Focusing on relatability and connection between individuals, Sarah inspires ownership, accountability, and transparency. 

André

Liyanage-Denney

Co-Founder | Chief Content Writer

André is deeply connected to the positive social impact that underpins Kin Space’s services.  Applying acute observation and empathy, André relates to people and their experiences, looking beneath the surface to connect the dots. 

 

As chief content writer, André specialises in the crafting of clear, consistent and meaningful messaging for organisations to articulate their brand message and identity, and designs insight generation and analytic frameworks. 


André leads the digital content strategy and authors the Kin Space News + Views blog.  He gives voice to our collective experiences, sharing deeper insights from extensive and current research. Topical pieces cover organisational culture, people experience, performance and retention.  

Craig

Davenport

Advisory

Providing a trusted and objective lens, Craig is the governance and advisory arm for Kin Space. 

 

In addition to commercial strategy, his objective eyes and ears guide the practical and compliance measures for operations.

 

With previous directorship experience, Craig oversees the economic, social and environmental elements of Kin Space’s impact model to ensure strategic decisions are in line with B Corp certification requirements.

Dani

LearningStrategist

Inspired by the concepts of neuro-linguistic learning, Dani is the learning designer of a range of Small Business Solutions, TAFE QLD, VET Accredited business training and mentoring programs.  

 

Dani is an HBDI Certified Master Trainer, accredited in whole-brain thinking. She uses these tools to bring business value and measurable results, helping people, teams, and organisations leverage the connection between thinking, behaviour and performance.  

 

Aspiring to make a positive impact on the future of education, Dani believes in the power of delivering business education in working environments in tandem with real-life application.

David

Rainbow

Learning Strategist

Specialising in contemporary education methodologies and platforms to provide individualised training responses, David has a wealth of experience working in clinical, managerial, and educational roles in public, private, and community health sectors.  

 

He develops and provides contemporary education and training programs in the classroom, throughout employee lifecycle and career development to build confidence and competence.  

 

David holds a Masters of Education (Adult Learning) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
